How to Use
Skin: Helps to heal skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and other rashes. The oil's fatty acids are also believed to affect the immune responses in the body which help promote healing. At least once a day rub on affected areas.
Hemp seed oil is great to use on skin for a more youthful complextion. It is easily absorbed and moisterizing with being greasy. The oil can help to clean and detoxify your skin, as well as even out skin tone. After your daily bath or shower, cover your whole body to moisturize and rejuvenate your skin.
Hair: Using the oil on your scalp can help to improve blood circulation, prevent scalp infections & dandruff, resulting in stronger & healthier hair growth. When used directly on the ends of hair it can moisturize and strengthen strands to prevent breakage. Once a day put approximatley 1 teaspoon of oil into your hand and massage into the ends of your hair and scalp.
Health: Compounds found naturally in hemp seed oil have been shown to reduce inflammation and provide relief from arthritis pain when consumed. Studies suggest 1-2 teaspoons a day.
